切边V带的研制

Development of Edge cut V belt

采用恒张力整体成型、胶套式硫化罐硫化、硫化后切割的新工艺研制了切边Ｖ带。强力层材料选用进口硬质聚酯线绳，底胶选用ＣＲ并掺入２０～３０份棉短纤维，产品性能均超过化工部ＨＧ４－４０１—７４标准并达到了日本ＪＡＳＯＥ１０７—８２标准要求，可以满足用户要求，新生产工艺具有产品质量稳定、生产效率高和更换产品规格灵活方便等特点。

An edge cut V belt has been produced with a new technology including whole building up at constant tension,autoclave cure with rubber sleeve and cutting after cure.An imported hard polyester cord is used in the carcass,and CR and 20～30 phr of cotton short fibre are used in the bottom rubber.The performance of the product is in accordance with the standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry HG4 401—74 and Janpanese standard JASOE107—82.The new technology features constant quality of belt,high productivity and flexible production.
