用国产Y2600聚丙烯生产中空三维卷曲纤维

摘要 用国产Y2600聚丙烯,在国产VD405纺丝设备上生产出中空三维卷曲纤维,讨论了纺丝温度、冷却条件、拉伸、卷曲、热定型等工艺条件对产品质量的影响。结果表明,采用较低的纺丝温度,冷却风温,风速匹配适当,一次拉伸,拉伸倍数4倍左右,拉伸温度110℃以内,松弛热定型温度100~130℃,时间10min左右,可生产出合格的PP中空三维卷曲纤维。 he hollow three dimensional crimp fiber was produced at VD405 with domestic Y2600 PP resin. The effect of such aspects as spinning temperature, cooling temperature, drawing,crimping,hot conditioning on product quality was discussed. The results showed that the qualified hollow three dimensional crimp fiber would be obtained with the condition of lower spinning temperature, proper temperature and speed of cooling wind,drawing ratio 4 times,drawing temperature below 100℃, hot conditioning temperature between 100℃ and 130℃, hot conditioning time 10 minutes.
