慢性前列腺炎诊断和治疗的再评价

Re-evalutation of diagnosis and treatment of chronic prostatitis

目的:探讨慢性前列腺炎诊断流程简化的可行性。方法:慢性前列腺炎患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组治疗前作EPS细菌培养,并在治疗前、治疗完成日和治疗完成后1个月时分别进行EPS常规检查。对照组不进行EPS的各项相关检查。患者需要填写NIH-CPSI症状评分。结果:研究组与对照组在治疗前、后的症状改变明显(P<0.01)。研究组与对照组间无明显统计学差异。停药30天后,无明显复发。停药后30天白细胞略有升高,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:适当简化慢性前列腺炎诊断检验流程是必要和可行的。

Objectives： To evaluate whether expressed prostatic fluid （EPS） examination could be excluded from diagnosis of chronic prostatitis （ Type Ⅲ）. Methods： 80 patients of chronic prostatitis were chosen for this program. The patients were randomized into 2 groups： group A （with EPS examination） and group B （without EPS examination）. All patients were required to answer the NIH -CPSI table before the therapy, immediately after therapy and one month after therapy. Results： All patients＇ symptoms were obviously released（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no difference between group A and group B in NIH - CPSI score. EPS examination was statistically different before therapy, immediately after therapy and one month after therapy. Conclusion： Exact diagnosis and therapy effect of chronic prostatitis （ type Ⅲ） can be obtained by NIH - CPSI symptoms examination, common urine examination, and NIH -CPSI score.
