Research on Integrated Development Between Zhengzhou and Luoyang

摘要 洛阳虽然工业经济发达、科技实力雄厚,但在诸多方面同郑州相比尚有一定差距。洛阳不可能超越郑州,短期内应在本土迅速发展壮大生产性服务业,而郑州要发展成为跨省级、区域性的生产性服务业中心还需借助洛阳的工业和科技支撑。加上郑、洛辖区相接、联系便捷,两市政府之间的合作较易协调,因此,郑洛之间具备联动发展的条件和动力基础,推进郑洛联动发展应有科学的对策思路。 Zhengzhou is superior to Luoyang in many aspects, though Luoyang has the developed industrial economy and the powerful scientific and technical strength. Consequently, Zhengzhou is more suitable for the regional centre of producer services, and however, it is necessary to be based on the industry and scientific and technical strength of these two cities. Furthermore, Zhengzhou is adjacent to Luoyang, and there is the convenient traffic for the connection between them, and also it is easier for the cooperation between the two municipal governments. There is the condition and impetus foundation in the integrated development between Zhengzhou and Luoyang.
