2型糖尿病患者生活质量及影响因素研究

Study on the quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with type II diabetes

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者生理及心理健康状况,并分析其影响因素。方法:调查145例2型糖尿病患者一般情况及生活质量,统计其疾病维度、生理维度、社会维度、心理维度、满意度维度,并对资料进行整理分析。结果:年龄、婚姻、教育程度、病程、血糖代谢控制水平、治疗方式、并发症等因素在各维度及生活质量总评分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、婚姻、教育程度、病程、血糖代谢控制水平、治疗方式、并发症等因素是影响2型糖尿病患者生活质量的主要因素,护理人员应进行针对性的健康教育,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To explore the physiological and psychological health status of patients with type II diabetes and analyze the factors which affected the health status of the patients. Methods ： The investigation was made on the general conditions and quality of life of 145 patients with type II diabetes so as to analyze the collected statistic data of dimensionality in diseases, physiology, society, psychology and satisfaction of the patients. Results ： There were significant differences in the scores of dimensionalities in age, marital status, education, course of disease, metabolic level of blood glucose, therapeutic methods and complication and in the total scores of the quality of life of the patients （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Corresponding health education given by nurses can evidently improve the quality of life of patients with type II diabetes.
