斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症57例康复护理

Rehabilitated nursing care in the treatment of 57 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by oblique-pulling manipulation

目的:探讨斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的康复护理方法。方法:对57例腰椎间盘突出症患者给予斜扳法治疗,观察其康复护理效果。结果:本组治愈50例,占87.7%;好转5例,占8.8%;总有效率为96.5%。结论:应用斜扳法配合康复护理治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果满意,可达到治愈的效果。

Objective： To explore the approach of rehabilitated nursing care in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by oblique - pulling manipulation, Methods ： Fifty seven patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with oblique - pulling manipulation and the effect of rehabilitated nursing care was observed. Results ： Fifty patients were cured （ 87.7% ） ; improved in 5 patients （ 8.8% ）. The total effective rate was 96.50%. Conclusion： Satisfactory effective outcome can be obtained by applying oblique- pulling manipulation combined with rehabilitated nursing care in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and some patients can be cured.
