血管内栓塞法治疗神经外科某些疾病的应用(附27例报告)

Clinical choice of endovascular embolization in neurosurgery (27 cases report)

报告２７例病人采用不同血管内栓塞技术进行治疗。其中大型脑血管畸形（ＡＶＭｓ）行线段加丁氰酯（ＩＢＣＡ）栓塞后手术全切除１例，脊髓血管畸形（ＡＶＭｓ）经聚乙烯醇（ＩＶａＬｏｎ）栓塞治愈１例，颈内动脉海绵窦痿（ＣＣＦ）经可脱性球囊栓塞治愈２例，外伤性蝶窦内假性动脉瘤经弹簧圈（Ｃｏｉｌ）栓塞治愈１例，各种颅内肿瘤术前经明胶海绵栓塞２２例，均获满意效果，无１例并发症发生。重点讨论了各种栓塞治疗的适应症及其在神经外科的应用选择，对各种栓塞方法进行了比较，以便在临床工作中选择合适的栓塞治疗方法。

Twenty-seven patients were treated with endovascular embolization procedure from 1990 to 1996 in our hospital.They included:one case of giant cereBRal AVM was completely removed after embolizing with silk segments and N-bulyl cyanoacrylate (NBCA);one case of spinal AVM was embolized with Ivolon;two cases of carotid cavernous fistula (CCF) were cured by embolization with detachable ballon;one case of traumatic pSeudo-aneurysm in sphenoidal sinus was embollzed with microcoils and cured;twenty-one patients with intracranial tumors were treated with endovascular embolization procedure before oPeration and the result was unevenful.There was no complication.The indacation of endovasoular embolization was discussed mainly.The comparison of different procedures was also discussed in this paper.
