脑囊虫病18例临床病理分析

Clinical and pathological analysis of brain in cysticercosis

对１８例脑囊虫病进行了临床病理分析。结果表明，脑囊虫病患者女性多于男性，农村人口多于城镇人口，其临床表现主要为间断性抽搐、头痛、恶心，呕吐，记记力减退，肢体麻木，走路不稳及视力下降。组织病理学检查以在囊腔内找见囊尾蚴头节为确诊本病的依据。结合文献讨论了脑囊虫病的病因、诊断、病理、治疗。

In order to elevaate our Knowledge of recognition and emphasis of Brain in Cysticercosis,the present article clinically and pathologically analysed 18 cases of Brain in cysticercosis from Jan 1992 to Nov 1996.The results showed that women were more subject to this disease than men,and rural people more than urban ones.The main clinical manifestations include intermittent convulsion,headache,nausea,Vomitting,declined memory,numbness of extermities,unsteady walk and weaikened eyesight.The confirmation of diagnosis is based on histological and pathological findings of cysticercosis topsegment in the cavity of cysticercosis.The article also discussed,in combination with review of certain clocuments,the pathology,diagnosis and treatment of the cysticercosis.
