摘要
为了解决高压隔爆接线盒的水压试验变形问题,对水压工艺及水压机、水压工具作了改进。经过试验验证,改进后的工艺和设备既保证了密封,又控制了变形,满足了防爆标准对高压隔爆接线盒隔爆面平面度的要求。
In order to solve the distortion of terminal box after hydraulic test, it has improved the technology, hydraulic testing device and the fittings for this test. By experimental verification, the result is satisfied and it meets the requirement of related standard to the planeness of flameproof surface on the high voltage flameproof terminal box.
