胆道梗阻再通后肝线粒体呼吸酶活力的变化 被引量:4

摘要 通过复制大胆道梗阻再通模型,对肝细胞线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)及细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)活力在胆道梗阻再通前后的变化进行了测定。结果表明,胆道梗阻对SDH及CCO活力可产生明显的抑制,再通后二酶的活力在各组的恢复程度与再通前的受抑程度及再通后的恢复时间有明显的关系。提示,尽早解除梗阻有利于肝细胞线粒体呼吸抑制的恢复。 In order to elucidate the recovery of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and cytochrome oxidase (CCo) activity of liver mitochondria after relief of biliary obstruction,obstructive jaundice was produced in dogs by common bile duct ligation,then biliary drainage was performed by choledochoduodenostomy. The results showed that the activities of SDH and CCO were suppressed significantly by bile duct ligation. The recovery was related to the time of obstruction and decompression,and it was indicated that early relief of the obstruction could favour the recovery of suppressed respiration of liver mitochondria.
