探索全国文化信息资源共享工程地方特色省级分中心建设模式——全国文化信息资源共享工程新疆省级分中心建设情况分析

自2004年全国文化信息资源共享工程新疆省级分中心启动以来,网络基础设施日渐完善、资源建设初具规模、服务网络及服务手段基本形成,文化信息资源共享工程的服务效果已经初步显现。根据新疆维吾尔自治区文化信息资源共享工程资源建设实施情况,还需进一步探索项目建设过程中出现的规划问题、资源征集问题、管理问题、组织问题、人才队伍问题、培训问题、宣传推广问题的具有地方特色的解决模式。

Since 2004 Xinjiang provincial center of National Cultural Information Resources Shadng Project was being built, Its network infrastructure has been perfect, its resources has begun to take shape and service methods has formed. The effect of Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project has appeared preliminarily. According to the implementation state of Xinjiang provincial center of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project, some problems, such as making programmes,collecting resources, management, organization, talents,training and propagating should be thought deeply to form a mode with local characteristics.
