因地制宜 共建共享——河南文化信息资源共享工程IPTV模式的探索

作为全国人口大省和农业大省,河南农业人口众多,经济基础较为薄弱。如何提高农民群众的综合素质,一直以来都是全省文化工作的一个重点和难点。2002年4月全国文化信息资源共享工程的启动,为河南加强农村文化建设带来了新的契机。在短短几年内,河南省文化信息资源共享工程建设走过了启动、发展和服务网络基本形成等几个阶段。针对河南省本省实际,应以点带面,深入、全面推进文化信息资源共享工程、突出河南特色文化、加快资源建设、加强基层队伍建设、扩大文化信息资源共享工程基层网点覆盖面。

As a big province of population and agriculture in the country, Henan has large agricultural population and its economic base is weak. How to advance the comprehensive qualites of farmers has been the difficulty and focus of the cultural work .Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project was set up in April 2002 which brings chances of strengthening the construction of rural culture. During a few years, the project has gone across several phases. In allusion to the fact of Henan, we should go deep into the project, give prominence to the culture of Henan ,quicken the resources construction, adopt certain measures to enforce the construction of the grassroots level and enlarge the coverage of the project.
