抓住“试点省”机遇,促进图书馆事业发展

To Seize the Opportunity of "Pilot Province" to Promote the Development of the Librarianship

2002年4月,文化部、财政部共同实施了全国文化信息资源共享工程,6月,山东省开始建设文化信息资源共享工程,2006年与现代党员远程教育中心实现共建共享,基本达到了全省覆盖、村村通,被文化部确定为试点省。在一年多的时间里,建设了省、市、县、乡镇和村五级计算机网络,实现了以互联网和卫星传播资源为主渠道,硬盘、光盘为辅助的数字资源传输网络,为基层培训计算机操作人员19 000多人,直接服务基层群众1亿多人次,受到基层群众的欢迎,实现了图书馆最广泛深入的延伸服务。

In Apirl, 2002, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Finance commonly implemented National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project. In June, Shandong Province began to construct Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project, and realized sharing with modern party members distance learning in 2006, basically covering the whole province. Shandong Province was identified as pilot province by the Ministry of Culture. In more than one year, Shandong Province constructed provincial, municipal, county, town and rural computer networks, realized digital resources transmission network which taking dissemination of resources by internet and satellites as chief channels, and hardware and software as auxiliary channels, trained 19 000 computer operating professionals, served one billion citizens, was popular with the masses and realized the most extensive and thorough extended services of libraries.
