摘要
建立用斑点免疫金渗滤试验同步检测血清中抗登革病毒IgM和IgG抗体的方法，与MacELISA比较抗登革病毒IgM抗体检测符合率为93.8％,与DIBA比较抗登革病毒IgG抗体检测符合率为94．7％。本法简便、快速，适于在各级实验室推广应用。
A method using dot immunogold filtration assay(DIGFA) to determine serum anti-DV IgM and IgG antibodies simultaneously has been developed. The coincidence rate of determination was 93. 8% for anti-DV IgM as compared with MacELISA,and the coincidence rate of determination was 94. 7% for antiDV IgG as compared with DIBA. The method is simple and rapid,so it is applicable to laboratories.
