摘要
目的对乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钙(Ca-EDTMP)冻干粉针治疗骨质疏松症的作用进行研究。方法用维甲酸诱导大鼠骨质疏松症模型,以氯屈膦酸二钠为阳性对照品,测定血清Ca、P、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)等生化指标和骨灰Ca、P含量,并进行病理检查。以大鼠鼠尾光热测痛仪测定大鼠鼠尾光热痛阈值;用弗氏完全佐剂致炎,测定致炎前后的足跖肿胀值。结果Ca- EDTMP冻干粉针在骨质疏松动物模型上显示能增加股骨骨密度,增加骨Ca、P含量,降低血清Ca、P、ALP含量。结论Ca- EDTMP冻干粉针在防治骨质疏松症上有防止骨量丢失,抑制骨吸收的作用,可作为在临床上用于治疗骨质疏松症的依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the curative efffeet of Ca-EDTMP powder for injection on osteoporosis. METHODS Rats model of osteoporosis induced by retinoie acid were established. The contents of Ca, P and ALP in serum and Ca and P in bone ash were determined while pathological slices were cxaminted. LHFF( light and thermalgesia liminal value) of rat tails was detected by light and thermalgesia algometer. Tumefaction value of heel knee was detected before and after inflammation induced by Freund's complete adjuvant. RESULTS Ca-EDTMP powder for injection improved bone density in thigh bone and content of Ca and P in bone. It also decreased the contents of Ca, P and AI,P in serum. CONCLUSION Ca-EDTMP powder for injection can prevent the lost of bone content and restrain absorbing of bone. It can be used to treat osteoporosis.
