摘要
以ECCSF模型为基础,对该模型进行了修正,提出了网上银行成功因素的假设.在对145份回收问卷进行有效性和可靠性分析的基础上,本文采用回归分析方法,验证了假设,即领导、战略、管理、组织、技术、客户因素对网上银行成功有显著影响.进而,识别出管理、技术和客户因素是网上银行成功的关键因素.
The study on the critical success factors (CSF) for electronic commerce systems has been a hot topic in both academy and industry. On the basis of ECCSF model, this paper modifies it and put forwards hypotheses of successful factors for online - bank. After testing validity and reliability of 145 surveyed data, this paper verifies the hypotheses with the method of regression analysis, which means the factors of leadership, strategy, organization, management, IT, and customers impact online-bank success. Furthermore, the factors of management, IT and customers are the critical success factors for online-bank. This research not only impels EC research in China, but also has instructional effect on the implementing online-bank for Chinese banks to increase the success rate of online-bank.
