摘要
对西伯利亚白刺与唐古特白刺果实的营养成分进行了研究,并与酿酒葡萄赤霞珠做对比。结果表明:两种白刺果实中均含有较为丰富的糖类、粗蛋白、氨基酸、酚类物质、矿质元素等营养物质。通过初步研究发现,西伯利亚白刺与唐古特白刺果实是值得有效开发的野生植物资源。
To investigate the nutritional composition of the Nitraria sibirica Pall. and Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. Compared with Cabemet sauvignon. The result showed that two kinds of Nitraria contain too many nourishment materials, such as more abundant sugar, protein, amino acids, Phenolic components, mineral elements and so on. Through an initial research in the fruit, we discovered that Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. and Nitrada sibirica Pall. as wilding resources are worthy of effective developing.
