摘要
通过正交试验确定热水浸提、水-醇浸提、超声辅助萃取法提取北京地区早园竹叶黄酮的最佳提取条件,并比较3种不同方法的提取效率。结果表明,超声提取方法在最优提取条件下提取率高于其他两种方法,可以使总黄酮提取率达到2.4%。
The flavones from North Ph. praecox leaf were extracted by hot water extraction, water-alcohol extraction, ultrasonic-assisted extraction process. The optimum extraction conditions were confirmed by the orthogonal test. The results showed that extraction efficiency was the highest with ultrasonic extraction method extraction yield was 2.4%.
