摘要
对马齿苋用乙醚在Soxhelt提取器中提取粗脂肪后,再用乙醇回流提取,得粗脂肪和乙醇提取物,最后将马齿苋在热水中用超声法提取马齿苋多糖。用水蒸气蒸馏法从新鲜的马齿苋中提取挥发油,对所提取的物质做抗菌和抗肿瘤活性实验.实验结果表明,马齿苋粗脂肪、乙醇提取物和挥发油对实验菌株有较高的抑制和灭活作用,粗脂肪和挥发油的抗肿瘤活性不明显,马齿苋粗多糖对实验菌株的抑制和灭活作用不显著,却有明显的抗肿瘤活性。
After the powder of Portulaca oleracea was extracted with aether through recycling in Soxhelt, again extract with ethanol through recycling, so the coarse fat and the ethanol extraction was obtained, and the polysaccharide from the powder was obtained by ultrasonic extraction in hot water. The essential oil from Portulaca oleracea was extracted by steam distillation. These extractions from Portulaca oleracea were investigated about antimicrobial activities and anti-tumor activities. The result of the antimicrobial activities of the coarse fat, the ethanol extraction and the essential oil from Portulaca oleracea is good to inhibit the growth of testing bacterium and sterilize them, but the coarse fat and the essential oil is low to anti-tumor activity. The antimicrobial activities of the polysaccharide from Portulaca oleracea is feeble to inhibit the growth of testing bacterium and sterilize them, but its anti-tumor activity has remarkable effect.
