摘要
多糖的结构分为初级结构和高级结构。对多糖结构的分析方法较多,主要分为三大类,即化学分析方法、仪器分析方法和生物学方法。综述近年来对多糖结构的研究方法和进展。
The structure of polysaccharides can be classified into primary structure and advanced structure. The structure analysis of polysaccharides mainly includes three kinds of methods： chemistry analysis, instrument analysis and biological analysis. This paper summarizes the advances and methods in study on structure analysis of polysaccharides.
