高效液相色谱法测定畜禽肉中土霉素、四环素、金霉素残留量的研究 被引量:2

Determination of oxytetracyline,tetracyline and chlortetracycline residues in meat by HPLC

摘要 建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定畜禽肉中土霉素、四环素、金霉素残留量的分析方法。样品用乙腈高氯酸溶液提取,经浓缩用二极管阵列检测器在355 nm波长下测定。回收率在78.4%~87.2%之间,相对标准偏差在1.83%~8.88%之间,土霉素、四环素、金霉素的检测限分别为0.02、0.02、0.10mg/kg。 The method was developed for simultaneous determinatio oxytetracyline, tetracyline and chlortetracycline residues in animal tissues by HPLC. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile perchloric acid, and detected by DAD detector at 355 nm. The recoveries are 78.4%-87.2%, with RSD of 1.83%-8.88%. The limit was 0.02 mg/kg for oxytetracyline, 0.02 mg/kg for tetracyline and 0.10 mg/kg for chlortetracycline.
