本刊记者：尊敬的傅书记，您好。我们了解到，近年来乳山市的旅游业发展势头非常迅猛。中共乳山市委、市政府还鲜明地提出了“旅游兴市”战略，并把它与”工业立市”一起作为实现区域经济又好又快发展的两大“引擎”。在前不久举行的第二届山东旅游年会上，乳山市再次被评选为“山东最具竞争力旅游十强县（市）”。请问傅书记，乳山市发展旅游业有什么优势条件？

In terms of the development and utilization of tourism resources, Rushan always adheres to the principles of ＂protection-oriented development and sustainable utilization,＂ which aim to protect the resources that need long-term protection and restore the original natural appearance.
