In the eyes of the New Zealand people, the Muriwai Regional Park is a paradise for birds. When you sit on the beach, the flocks of sea birds will fly around you to wait for you to feed them bread. Sometime, others kinds of birds also fly towards you, chirping loudly, as if composing a symphony. Looking out to sea, one can see two giant rocks rising up away in the distance. On the platform at the top of the cliff, thousands upon thousands of sea birds are resting in lines. While the adult birds are playing, the little birds are learning how to walk and fly. Their mewing and the noise produced by waves hitting the cliff, produce a scene that people living in the city have never seen.
