摘要
分析了PC/104总线时序特点,针对不同信号总线特性,提出了诊断方法。设计了一种基于FPGA+ARM系统架构的智能诊断系统,实现了对CPU模块PC/104总线的智能诊断。该系统具有体积小、功耗低、成本低的优点,可作为工业现场中PC/104标准模块的诊断设备用,也可作为PC/104标准模块生产过程中检测设备用。
The design of an intelligent diagnostic system which based on ARM&FPGA architecture was finished.The diagnostic system can intelligent diagnosed the CPU module PC/104 bus good or bad.The system is small in size,low power consumption and low cost advantages,it is a equipment for diagnosing standard PC/104 module in the industrial field,and it also is a detection equipment for standard PC/104 module production.
