摘要
双极板是质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的重要部件之一,对于PEMFC的性能和成本都有很大的影响,是其商业化必须解决的问题之一。选用高分子双酚A型环氧树脂及线型酚醛树脂和导电材料膨胀石墨制作复合材料,将复合材料采用模压制作双极板。通过对极板的电阻、强度、致密性等指标的考查,提出了树脂含量、板密度的优选条件,并对所制作的双极板组装成的电池进行了测试,结果表明:电池性能及稳定性方面都能满足要求。
Bipolar plate for proton-exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is one of crucial components, which influences not only the performance but also the cost of the stack. It is the key issue of PEMFC industrialization. The composite material was prepared with resin and expand graphite, and bipolar plates were produced by stamp method. The optimum condition of resin quantity and plate density were put forward by studying on the material electric resistance, strength, permeability, and etc.. A stack was assembled with the bipolar plates and its performance was tested, The results show that PEMFC's performance and stabilization are qualified.
