摘要
甘南州的教育除了硬件建设滞后等问题之外,师资队伍建设也成为一个非常突出的制约因素。通过对甘南州中小学师资现状的调查,分析问题的成因并提出一些对策建议。
Besides backwardness of construction of hardware facilities, the construction of teaching faculty has become increasingly urgent. Based on an investigation of current situation of teachers in primary and middle school in Gannan prefecture, the author made an analysis of this problem and put forward suggestions to it.
