摘要
分离纯化免疫活性地龙肽并研究其对小鼠巨噬细胞活性的影响。通过抽提、离心、超滤及色谱等步骤提取小分子量免疫活性地龙肽;通过体外实验测定其对巨噬细胞吞噬活性的影响。结果表明,一定浓度的3种免疫活性地龙肽在体外均可明显增强小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬活性,提示其具有免疫调节功能。
Earthworm immune-active peptides were separated and purified and studied their effects on mouse macrophage's activity. The earthworm immune-active peptides of small molecular mass were separated through, extraction, centrifuge, ultrafiltration, chromatography, and other steps. Then their effects on mouse maerophage's activity was tested in vitro. The results showed that three kinds of certain concentration of earthworm peptides (T, A, and B) remarkably strengthened the maerophage's phagocytic activity, suggesting that they possessed immuno-regulation function.
