摘要 介绍了国内外利用丝状真菌发酵生产γ-亚麻酸的高产菌株;并从发酵法生产γ-亚麻酸、前体物转化技术和下游工艺等方面对丝状真菌生产γ-亚麻酸的研究进展及发展趋势进行了综述。 Advance and developing trend of γ-linolenic acid (GLA) using filamentous fungal high-yielding strain both home and abroad was introduced in this article. The research progress and developing tendency of the GLA production with fermentation method, the transferring technology of precursor, and the downstream technology etc. were also summarized in this paper.
