在阐释研究型大学和研究型大学图书馆内涵基础上,就研究型大学图书馆建立学科馆员的必要性进行了分析,并从5W模式角度,对研究型大学图书馆学科馆员的信息传播各环节进行了探讨。

This paper introduced the concept of research-oriented university and research library first. Then it analyzed the importance and necessity of fostering professional librarian in the library of research-oriented university. At last, it discussed the process of professional librarian＇s information communication in the library of research-oriented university.
