Reform the Personnel System of Academic Libraries and Strengthen Library Staff Construction

分析了我国高校图书馆队伍现状,指出了现有的高校图书馆人事制度不能督促馆员适应时代需要自觉提高自身素质的弊端,并为此探讨了改革图书馆人事制度加强队伍建设的重要问题。

On the basis of analyzing the present situations of library staff of academic libraries in China, the paper has pointed out the disadvantage that the current personnel system of academic libraries can not encourage them to improve their quality to keep pace with the times. Furthermore, the paper has probed into the importance of reforming this kind of personnel system in order to strengthen the construction of librarians.
