几种冠状血管病变的超声改变

Ultrasonographic Study Of Coronary Vascular Diseases

目的:总结心脏几种冠状血管病变超声心动图改变的特点,诊断或初步诊断心脏冠脉疾病,为临床诊断或选择其它方法检查提供依据。方法:应用彩色多普勒和二维超声心动图对我院115例冠状血管改变进行分析,提出几种冠状血管病变的声像图变化特点。结果:多种冠状血管病变,特别是左右冠状动脉主干及冠状静脉窦病变,超声易于显示并有明显特点。结论:彩色多普勒及二维超声心动图对提示心脏冠状血管病变具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective：To detect the characteristics of echocardiography changes of several coronary vascular diseases,to diagnose or elementarily diagnose heart coronary diseases,to provide the evidence for clinical diagnosis or election of other examination methods.Methods：115 cases with coronary vascular diseases were analyzed by color Doppler and two-dimensional echocardiography,and the corresponding characteristics of coronary vascular diseases were presented.Results：Ultrasound was sensetive to show the lesions and their characteristics of many coronary vascular diseases,especially the diseoses of left and right main coronary and coronary vein sinus.Conclusion：Color Doppler and two-dimensional echocardiography can indicate coronary vascular diseases quite well,but is not helpful for coronay distal and the reduced blood flow diseases.
