压缩机缸体支撑螺栓失效分析

摘要 压缩机在运行中由于缸体支撑板固定螺栓发生突然断裂,造成爆炸事故。通过对螺栓断口宏观、微观分析,金相检验、化学成分分析及相关工艺分析认为该螺栓在压缩机工作时,由于振动产生交变应力,使螺栓形成疲劳裂纹,最终发生断裂。 Explosion accident happened due to a sudden fracture of the fixing bolt of the supporting plate during compressor operation. Through the macro-analysis, micro-analysis, metallographic examination, chemical component analysis and relevant process analysis to the fracture, it is thought that, during compressor operation, the alternate stress of the bolt was caused due to vibration, thus the fatigue cracks formed in the bolt and finally caused its fracture.
