摘要
阐述编辑绩效考核的主要内容,分析我国现行编辑绩效考核体系存在的问题,探讨建立编辑绩效考核体系应注意的主要问题。
This paper mainly describes the contents of editors' performance appraisal and analyzes the problems occurring in editors' performance appraisal in Chinese publishing industry. It also discusses the principles according to which a scientific editors' performance appraisal system would be established.
