贲门癌胃镜、B超检查与手术结果的对比

PREOPERATIVE GASTROSCOPY AND B TYPE ULTRASONOGRAPHY IN EVALUATING SURGERY ON GASTRIC CARDIAC CANCERS

为探讨胃镜、Ｂ超检查对贲门癌术前评估价值，对１３１例贲门癌胃镜、Ｂ超检查和手术结果进行对照，观察其肿瘤部位、大小和转移情况。结果示：胃镜直视诊断率为９４．６５％，与术中所见完全符合率６５．９８％；Ｂ超与手术结果的完全符合率为６９．０１％，且显示病变长度与淋巴结转移呈正相关。结果提示，胃镜和Ｂ超检查能比较准确地了解病变的范围、大小和转移情况，对术前评估肿块能否切除、切除范围及预测疗效均有一定的参考价值。

To determine the role a of preoperative gastroscopy and B type ultrasonography(BUS) on surgery for gastric cardiac carcinomas a controlled study of 131 patients with cardiac cancer was performed with gastroscopy, BUS and operative exploration to detect lesion location extent and metastasis. The location and extent of cancer could probably be defined by gastroscopy, its preoperative rate of correct diagnosis (microscopic) was 94 65%.The number decreased to 65 98% while verified by surgery.69 01% of BUS findings was in accordance with surgery. In addition it helped to know the extence of hepatic, pancreatic or lymphatic mtastasis.Hence a combination of preoperative gastroscopy and BUS is of significance.
