双波长分光光度法测定地麻滴鼻液中地塞米松磷酸钠、盐酸麻黄碱的含量 被引量:13

摘要 本文采用双波长分光光度法不经分离直接测定地麻滴鼻液中地塞米松磷酸钠、盐酸麻黄碱的含量。地塞米松磷酸钠的测定波长为242.0nm,参比波长为265.3nm,盐酸麻黄碱测定波长为256.0nm,参比波长226.5nm。地塞米松磷酸钠的平均回收率为101.15%,RSD为0.96%;盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率为99.42%,RSD为0.58%。本法快速、简便、结果准确,适用于该制剂质量控制。 A dual wavelength spectrophotometry was described for determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and ephedrine hydrochloride in nasal drops. The sample wavelength was 242.0 nm and the reference wavelength was 265.3 nm for dexamethasone sodium phosphate, the sample wavelength was 256.0 nm and the reference wavelength was 226.5 nm for ephedrine hydrochloride. The recoveries of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and ephedrine hydrochloride were 101.2% ± 0.96% and 99.4% ± 0.58% respectively, this method is simple. It is suitable for quality control of nasal drops containing dexamethasone sodium phosphate and ephedrine hydrochloride.
