卵母细胞减数分裂的调控机制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 卵母细胞减数分裂过程中存在三个关键调控点:第一次减数分裂前期、第一次减数分裂中/后期、第二次减数分裂中期。G蛋白耦联受体介导的信号通路和受体酪氨酸激酶-Ras蛋白信号通路中关键蛋白的合成及其磷酸化状态的改变与卵母细胞的成熟过程密切相关。性成熟后,在黄体生成激素及其他内分泌、自分泌/旁分泌因子作用下,G2期卵母细胞内环磷酸腺苷水平下降,激活成熟促进因子,减数分裂启动;此后,在细胞静止因子、后期促进复合物、蛋白激酶C、蛋白激酶B等蛋白因子以及钙离子/钙调蛋白依赖的信号途径、泛素-蛋白酶体途径、Mos/MAPK信号途径等信号通路的调控作用下,完成减数分裂。对卵母细胞成熟调控分子机制的研究取得极大进展,但某些具体调节机制还有待进一步探索。
