输卵管积水的处理方式与IVF妊娠结局 被引量:5

摘要 输卵管性不孕是体外受精-胚胎移植主要的适应证,输卵管积水可能通过影响子宫内膜容受性及对胚胎的毒性作用影响体外受精结局。在体外受精周期中,通过输卵管切除、穿刺抽吸输卵管积水等方式处理输卵管积水,明显提高体外受精的种植率及妊娠率。因此,探讨输卵管积水的处理方式对改善体外受精的妊娠结局具有重要意义。
