改良妇科诊断治疗自控显示仪在子宫输卵管造影中的应用

Application of Improved Diagnosis and Treatment Equipment for Gynecology in the Hysterosalpingography

目的:探讨将改良妇科诊断治疗自控显示仪应用于数字X线机下,取代人工自动推注造影剂行子宫输卵管造影的可行性。方法:观察360例不孕不育妇女在数字X线机下,应用改良妇科诊断治疗自控显示仪自动推注造影剂行子宫输卵管造影结果。结果:360例全部取得满意的实时图象,其中子宫输卵管正常38例(10.56%),异常322例(89·44%)。结论:改良妇科诊断治疗自控显示仪应用于数字X线机下,取代人工自动推注造影剂行子宫输卵管造影,具有操作简单,安全可行,可避免操作者直接暴露于X线下等优点,值得临床应用。

Objective ： To probe into the feasibility and security of using improved diagnosis and treatment equipment for gynecology in the hysterosalpingography, and compare the effect with the manual injection. Methods： 360 women with infertility were carried out hysterosalpingography with the improved diagnosis and treatment equipment for gynecology on X - ray digital radiography accompanied by the automatical injection of imaging reagents from August 2005 to August 2007, which was observed under the surveillance, and real - time images were collected. Results ： All 360 cases were successfully obtained real - time images, and normal and abnormal uterus and fallopian tube were 38 cases （ 10. 56 % ） and 322 eases （89.44 % ）, respectively. Conclusion： The improved diagnosis and treatment equipment for gynecology combined with X- ray digital radiography used in hysterosalpingography is simple, easy to manage and without exposure of radiation during the operation, which is worth being applied clinically.
