摘要
【目的】研制适用于温室生产的Na2SO4.10H2O和Na2CO3.10H2O复合相变材料。【方法】以Na2SO4.10H2O和Na2CO3.10H2O为原材料,将Na2SO4.10H2O与Na2CO3.10H2O按5种不同的质量配比(7∶3,6∶4,5∶5,4∶6,3∶7)混合,制备复合相变材料,用差式扫描量热仪(DSC)测量其热物理性能。【结果】Na2SO4.10H2O与Na2CO3.10H2O质量配比为7∶3、6∶4和5∶5的复合材料,凝固放热温度过低,3∶7的复合相变材料熔解吸热温度又偏高,均不适合于温室生产;4∶6的复合相变材料相变温度及潜热值可满足植物生长的要求。【结论】Na2SO4.10H2O和Na2CO3.10H2O质量比例为4∶6的复合相变材料适用于温室生产。
【Objective】 The test is to explore new compound PCM composed of Na2SO4·10H2O and Na2CO3·10H2O for greenhouse.【Method】 Na2SO4·10H2O and Na2CO3·10H2O are chosen to make new phase change material mixing in the mass proportion of 7∶3,6∶4,5∶5,4∶6 and 3∶7 and analyse their thermal properties by Differential Scanning Celemeter(DSC).【Result】 The concreting temperature of mass proportion new compound materials of 7∶3,6∶4,5∶5 is too low to be used in greenhouse,while the melting temperature of new compound PCM of 3∶7 is too high to be used.The transition temperature and latent heat of new one of 4:6 meet the need of plant growth.【Conclusion】 The sample in the mass proportion of 4∶6 of Na2SO4·10H2O and Na2CO3·10H2O is suitable for greenhouse.
