摘要
抵抗素是近年来研究的热点,它是一种脂肪细胞分泌的炎性因子。因人抵抗素水平与胰岛素敏感性相关,故将其命名为抵抗素,意即对胰岛素抵抗。目前在对其分子结构及其生物学特性的研究中发现抵抗素与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、动脉粥样硬化、高血压、急性冠状动脉综合征等大血管病变存在一定的关联性。近来研究发现,糖尿病和心血管疾病可能是一种炎症性疾病,而人血清抵抗素水平可能参与了它们的炎症发病机制。因此抵抗素可能在这些具有代谢综合征表现的疾病发展过程中发挥重要的调控作用。
Serum resistin is one of the hot topics in recent years,which is a kind of inflammatory factor secreted by lipocyte.Because human resistin is associated with insulin sensitivity,so it is also called resistin,which means that it can resist insulin.At present,researches about its molecular structure and biological characteristics showed that resistin is associated with fat,insulin resistance,artherosclerosis,hypertention,acute coronary syndrome in some degree.Recent researches showed that diabetes and cardiovascular diseases maybe a kind of inflammatory diseases,and resistin in serum maybe participate in its inflammatory pathogenesy.So,resistin maybe play an important regulation in the development of some diseases with metabolic syndrome.
