食管癌三维适形放疗和调强放疗技术的研究现状

The Current Study of Three-dimensional Conformal Techniques and Intensity-modulated for Radiotherapy of Esophageal Carcinoma

多年来食管癌常规放疗的临床效果一直未见提高。三维适形放疗和调强放疗作为新兴技术,具有精确定位、精确计划、精确治疗的优点,改善了肿瘤靶区的剂量分布,减少靶区周围正常器官和组织的照射剂量,为食管癌治疗提供了新的研究方向。本文就食管癌三维适形和调强放疗的定位、靶区勾画以及治疗计划评估进行综述。

The curative effect of conventional radiotheraphy for esophageal carcinoma has had little effect since many years ago.As new techniques,intensity-modulated radiation therapy（IMRT） and three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy（3D-CRT） has good qualities,such as their precise localization,plan and treatment,which can improve the radiation dose distribution in the target,and the radiation dose of the nomal organs and tissue around the target decreases,and which provide a new direction of radiotherapy of esophageal carcinoma.This article reviewed the advances of localization,target volume delineation and treatment planning in 3D-CRT and IMRT of esophageal carcinoma.
