摘要
CD44分子是单基因编码的糖蛋白家族,广泛地分布于细胞表面,主要参与细胞与细胞、细胞与基质之间的特异性黏附过程。CD44v6的异常表达对胃癌的转移和预后有很大的价值。CD44v6与胃癌生物学行为的关系成为研究的一大热点,现就这方面的研究进展做一综述。
CD44,as a member of the single gene encoding glycoprotein,is widely distributed in the cell surface and mainly involved in the specific adhesion process between cell and cell,cell and matrix.Abnormal expression of CD44v6 gene may be used as a new indicator to predict metastatic potential and prognosis of gatric cancer.It has been a hot spot in study of the relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and the biology behaviors in gastric cancer.This article just reviewed the progress about their relationship.
