立克次体病是一类严重危害人类健康的自然疫源性疾病,在历史上曾经造成重大灾难,现已成为世界性关注的疾病,但我国立克次体方面的相关报道较少。近年来,发现了一系列新的立克次体所致疾病,成为公共卫生领域的新课题。立克次体疾病复杂多样,且临床表现无明显特异性。现对Q热及埃立克体病的相关研究进展进行综述。

The Rickettsiosis is a kind of zoonosis in the world,which could harm human health badly.But there are few reports in China.A series of new Rickettsiosis has been found in recent years.This article summarized the recent researches in Q Fever and Ehrlichiosis.
