摘要 随着准分子激光屈光手术技术的成熟和手术设备的发展,手术的并发症逐渐减少,手术效果令大多数患者满意。但是有些并发症还是不可避免的,其中医源性角膜前凸越来越受到手术医师的重视。现就角膜后表面形态的观察、角膜后表面前凸的相关参数及影响其改变的多种因素进行分析并予综述。 With the mature of techniques and development of equipments of excimer laser refractive surgery,the postoperative complications are decreasing gradually,and the majority of patients have the satisfactory effects.But some complications are still inevitable,especially,anterior protrusion has attracted more and more attentions from doctors.This article reviews the morphological observation of posterior corneal surface,related parameter about protrusion of posterior surface,and analysis of many factors affecting their changes.
