The Abnormal Protein Conformation in the Brain of Patients with Alzheimer's Disease

阿尔茨海默病是危害老年人的一种常见的中枢神经系统疾病,该病可导致患者记忆力减退、痴呆、人格障碍,甚至可使患者失去生活自理能力,严重地降低了患者的生存质量。随着我国人口老龄化的发展,该病患者越来越多,其防治的研究日益迫切。本文就该病涉及的构象异常化蛋白分子研究进展予以综述。

Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） is a common central nervous system dysfunction harming aged people.As we enter into the aging period,more and more patients would be suffered from this disease.Research for the prevention and cure of AD is increasingly urgent.This article reviewed the abnormal conformation about the AD related proteins.
