高血糖、肝星状细胞与肝纤维化

Hyperglycemia,Hepatic Stellate Cell and Liver Fibrosis

近年来,很多临床回顾性资料证实了糖尿病与肝纤维化有关联。肝纤维化或肝硬化后胰岛素抵抗与肝细胞损伤是肝源性糖尿病的主要发生机制;而高血糖作为糖尿病的重要表现能促进肝纤维化的发生及加重肝纤维化,其机制可能与高血糖致肝星状细胞的激活和增殖等相关。从分子水平阐明糖尿病相关性肝纤维化的发病机制,有望为临床控制及减少糖尿病相关性肝纤维化提供新的思路和方法。

Nowadays,several retrospective clinical data confirmed the links between diabetes and liver fibrosis.Insulin resistance and hepatocyte damage are the main pathogenesis of hepatogenous diabetes when hepatic fibrosis or hepatic cirrhosis happens;Hyperglycemia as the main manifestation can enhance hepatic fibrosis and worsen hepatic fibrosis.Its mechanism probably maybe concerned with the activation and proliferation of hepatic stellate cell.This article illuminates the pathogenesis of diabetes relative hepatic fibrosis from molecular level,which may provides new strategies for control and decrease diabetes relative hepatic fibrosis.
