糖尿病性胃轻瘫中医药治疗研究

糖尿病性胃轻瘫是糖尿病常见的消化道慢性并发症,临床出现餐后饱胀、厌食、恶心、呕吐、上腹不适、腹泻或便秘或二者交替等症状。近年来中医药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫取得可喜的进展,中医药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的优势在于副作用少、远期疗效好。现从辨证论治(包括病因病机、辨证分型)、专方专药、针灸治疗及存在问题与展望四方面论述糖尿病性胃轻瘫中医药治疗研究进展。

Diabetic gastroparesis is the common chronic diabetic complication in digestive system,of which the clinical manifestation are feeling of expanded belly,anorexia,nausea,vomiting,epigastric discomfort,diarrhea,constipation or alternation of both symptoms.Recent years,The treatment of diabetic gastroparesis by using TCM had achieved great progresses.The advantages of TCM treating diabetic gastroparesis are less side effect,good prostecdtive efficacy.This article reviews diabetic gastroparesis about its therapy from 4 aspects including determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs（eiology and pathogenesis,differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome）,special prescription and drugs,acupuncture therapy,existed questions and prospects.
