摘要
作为一种新型的抗血小板制剂,氯吡格雷近年来广泛应用于临床,尤其是急性冠状动脉综合征患者。研究证实,氯吡格雷对急性冠状动脉综合征患者有良好的疗效。高负荷剂量氯吡格雷具有何效果。现就应用高负荷剂量氯吡格雷治疗急性冠状动脉综合征的有效性和安全性进行综述。
As a new kind of antiplalete medicine,clopidogrel has been widely used in clinical experiences,especially in patients wtih Acute Coronary Syndrome.Many studies confirmed its good effect in Acute Coronary Syndrome.The application of high-loading-dose of Clopidogrel is attracting more and more attention.In this article,we reviewed the efficacy and security of high-loading-dose of Clopidogrel in Acute Coronary Syndrome.
