摘要
来曲唑作为第3代芳香酶抑制剂,已被广泛应用于肿瘤领域。近些年,越来越多的研究表明,来曲唑在诸多妇产科临床疾病中具有应用前景。该药通过抑制芳香酶的活性,阻断雄烯二酮及睾酮向雌激素的转化,从而影响了雌激素的生物合成,降低体内雌激素水平。对盆腔子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、内膜癌、卵巢癌等妇产科疾病均有良好治疗效果,并能有效地促排卵而应用于辅助生育方面。
As the third generation of aromatase inhibitor,letrozole has been used widely in the sphere of tumor.In recent years,studies accumulated showed that letrozole had been used in several clinical diseases of gynecology and obstetrics with good perspective.It affects synthesis of E2 and then lower the E2 level in the body by inhibiting the activity of aromatase,obstructing the transformation of A and T to E2.It had good therapeutic effect on pelvic endometriosis,myoma of uterus,endometrial cancer,ovary cancer and so on.It can be applied in the field of assisted reproduction because of its effect on ovarian stimulation.
