Present Situation and Progress in Diagnosis of Hepatic Fibrosis by Ultrasonography

肝脏的纤维化是各种慢性肝脏疾病向肝硬化发展的主要中间环节。诊断肝纤维化的"金标准"是病理组织学检查,但因其有创性而难以在临床普遍开展。随着医学影像检查技术的发展,除二维、彩色多普勒等常规超声检查技术外,各种超声新技术,如超声造影、三维超声检查已逐渐受到国内外学者的关注,并作为一种无创诊断技术,在临床肝纤维化诊断中扮演着重要的角色。

Hepatic fibrosis is the meddle stage of hepatic cirrhosis developed from varied kinds of chronic hepatic disease.It is gold standard by pathological examination in diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis,but it is hard to use in clinical experiences generally due to its invasion.With the development of medical screenage examinational skills,besides the common ultrasonographic skills,such as two dimension and color Doppler and so on,various advanced ultrasonographic methods,such as contrast ultrasound,three dimension and so on,have been paid attention to by scholors home and abroad.In conclusion,these noninvasive technology have played important roles in diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis in clinical experience.
